advance on or prior to the expiration of the period for which the <br /> existing permit and license fee is issued. <br /> <br /> S~ECTION 3: Upon receiving an application for a permit and <br />license for an auto court and resort or an auto and trailer camp, the <br />Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton shall post a notice in a public place <br />at the City Hall of the Town of Pleasanton, which notice shall state <br />the name of the person applying, the fact that he is applying for <br />permit to establish and maintain an auto court and resort or an auto <br />and trailer camp in the Town of Pleasanton, and shall give the pro- <br />posed location of said auto and trailer camp. Any person objecting <br />to the issuance of such permit and license may file written objec- <br />tions with the said Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton, specifying the <br />particular grounds for such objection. The application for said per- <br />mit and license shall be heard by the Council of the Town of pleasan- <br />ton at its regular meeting or its first regular adjourned meeting <br />occurring not less than five days following the filing of such <br />plication, at which time the applicant or any other persons may ap- <br />pear in support of said application or in support of objections <br />thereto. Upon the hearing of said application the Council of the <br />Town of Pleasanton may grant such permit and license providing the <br />establishment and maintenance of such auto court and resort or auto <br />and trailer camp does not violate any provisions of this ordinance <br />or any other ordinance of the Town of Pleasanton or any law of the <br />State of California and providing no valid objection to the estab- <br />lishment or maintenance of such auto court and resort or auto and <br />trailer camp is made by any resident or owner of property within <br />the Town of Pleasanton. Any objection made to the issuance of a per- <br />mit and license to establish and maintain an auto court and resort <br />or an auto and trailer camp shall not be deemed v~lid unless it ap- <br />pears to the Council of the Town of Pleasanton that the establish- <br />ment or maintenance of such auto court and resort or such auto and <br />trailer camp will adversely affect or endanger the health, safety and <br />welfare of a resident or residents of the Town of pleasanton or will <br />materially diminish the value of property in the Town of pleasanton <br />adjacent to or in the vicinity of said proposed auto court and re- <br />sort or said proposed auto and trailer camp. <br /> <br /> ~ECTION 4: Sections 18460, 18461, 18462, 18463, 18464, <br />18465, 184~6, 1'846"8, 18469, 18470, 18471, 18472, 18473, 18474, <br />18475, 18600, 18625, 18626, 18650, 18651, 18652, 18653, 18654, <br />18655, 18656, 18657, 18658, 18660, 18661, 18680, 18883, 18710, <br />18720, 18721.5 and 18722 of the Health and Safety Code of the State <br />of Ca lifo ~nia are hereby for all p~poses adopted and made a part <br />of this ordinance, and the provisions of this ordinance using the <br />words and phrases defined in said sections of the Health and Safety <br />Code of the State of California shall be construed as set out in <br />said sections of said Health and Safety Code unless it shall be ap- <br />parent from the context of the provisions of this ordinance that a <br />different meaning is intended. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5: Disposal of Garbage. All garbage, waste and <br />rubbish in every auto 'C~urt" 'a'nd resort and in every auto and trsi let <br />camp, shall be regularly removed by a garbage disposal agency or <br />truck approved and authorized to remove the same by the Council of <br />the Town of pleasant on. <br /> <br /> SECTION 6: 0ver-ni~ht Occu ation of Public Street or High- <br />wa..y. It i~ bnlaWful to camp o~r night or to park a t~a'iler coadh <br />over night upon any public street or highway within the Town of <br />Pleasanton. This provision shall not apply where a trailer coach is <br />parked for the purpose of making emergency repairs. <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
