The City shall be gra ted the rights and <br />remedies of the association, but not he obligation, to <br />enforce the maintenance obligations. The ity Attorney shall <br />review and approve the proposed maintenanc agreement prior to <br />the recordation of a Parcel Map for tlhe project.
