All storm rain field inlets <br />shall incorporate a permanent desilting basin and comply with <br />the city's urban runoff ordinance. <br /> <br />22. Unless otherwise approved by the City En ineer, all public <br />storm drain lines shall be within the stree right-of-way. All <br />other lines shall be private and maintained by the individual <br />homeowners or through the landscape and li hting district. <br /> <br />23. The storm drainage from each lot shall b directed to the <br />street or an approved storm drain system n accordance with <br />Sections 2907(b) (5) and 7012(d) of the 198 Uniform Building <br />Code unless otherwise approved by the Bui ding Official and <br />city Engineer. Lots 88,90, and 93 shall ha e drainage swales <br />along the easterly property line to red rect the surface <br />drainage away from the down hill lot. <br /> <br />24. All natural runoff onto individual properti s must be accepted <br />and incorporated into their individual lo drainage plans. <br />Specific reference to these requirements sh 11 be incorporated <br />in the deed for these lots. <br /> <br />25. All lots that are below the elevation f the up stream <br />sanitary sewer manhole shall have check v lves on the house <br />lateral. These check valves shall be aintained by the <br />individual homeowner and located outside th public right-of- <br />way. <br /> <br />26. If the project is to be phased or multiple final maps filed, <br />a phasing plan shall be submitted to the Pla ning Director and <br />city Engineer for review and approval. All subdivision <br />improvements shall be constructed and app oved by the city <br />Council prior to occupancy of any units. <br />
