The developer shall pay its pro-rata shar of the required <br />pOlice and fire vehicles, currently estim ted at $1,098 per <br />unit, in conjunction with the final map. <br /> <br />street names for the subdivision shall be <br />Map. Occupancy of lots 1 through 74 shall not ta e place until the <br />EVA road between "B" Court and "A" stre t and "A" street <br />between Foothill Road and the EVA are cons ructed. <br /> <br />14. a. <br /> <br />The applicant shall improve Foothil Road along the <br />site's frontage in accordance with the adopted plan line <br />for "Interim Plan for Foothill Road Alignment" dated <br />1991, including transitions on bo h sides of the <br />development, to the satisfaction of he City Engineer. <br />The roadway transitions shall comply ith the Caltrans' <br />Highway Design Manual unless otherwi e approved by the <br />City Engineer. The City will supply to the developers <br />engineer copies of the improvement plans for the a <br />portion of Foothill Road designed by MacKay and Somps, <br />civil Engineers. <br /> <br />The developer shall dedicate to th <br />right-of-way purposes that portion of <br />the improvement of Foothill Road, acro <br />the development. <br /> <br />15. In addition to the Foothill Road improveme ts, the applicant <br />shall be responsible for the payment of 1/2 the cost, as <br />determined by the City Engineer, of u dergrounding the <br />existing overhead utilities on the east sid of Foothill Road <br />along the site's frontage prior to final m p approval. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />City for street <br />and necessary for <br />s the frontage of <br /> <br />16.
