There shall be a 12 foot wide paved roadway between "B" street and "e" street, and between "B" street and the storm drain inlet located at the rear of Lots 25 and 26. utilities (Water, Sewer and Storm Drain) 24. The design of the water system shall insure that, on an average day, the water pressure would not fall below 40 psi; at the peak hour the pressure would not fall below 30 psi; and with fire flow, the pressure would not fall below 20 psi. All measurements shall be made at the meter. A hydraulic analysis that models the water system shall be submitted for review and approval by the City Engineer with the submittal of the improvement plans. 25. All sanitary sewers and laterals shall be designed to flow by gravity. 26. The applicant shall construct a new sewer pump station in the approximate location shown on the plans. The station shall be of sufficient size to handle this development, that portion of the adjacent 9 lot subdivision on the east side of Foothill Road which is intended to be pumped, and all other future development along Foothill Road as determined by the city Engineer. The station shall be equipped with a standby diesel generator. The applicant shall install a gravity sewer line on Foothill Road from "A" street northerly to the existing gravity sewer main and install individual sewer laterals to the 9 lots on the east side of Foothill Road. The applicant shall be responsible for the construction of a force main from this new sewage pump station to the existing manhole located on Foothill Road at the northerly end of the development. 27. Unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer all storm drain pipes in the open space areas shall be revised to concrete lined V-ditches. These ditches shall tie into the street drainage system. All inlets that are not adjacent to a dedicated street shall be privately maintained by the individual homeowners or by the Landscape and Lighting District. All storm drain field inlets shall incorporate a permanent desilting basin and shall comply with the City's urban runoff (non-point discharge) ordinance. 28. Unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, all public storm drain lines shall be within the street right-of-way. All other lines shall be private and maintained by the individual homeowners or through the Landscape and Lighting District.
