<br />Resolution No. PC-92-91 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />There are currently no public easements affecting <br />the property. A condition of the PUD approval <br />would allow public access along the creek area <br />through the establishment of city-owned open space <br />areas funded by a lighting and landscape assessment <br />district over the new development. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />tentative map is in general conformance with the PUD <br />development plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case Tract 6581, the application of <br />Marsh/Smith Associates for a vesting tentative map to <br />allow the subdivision of an approximately 18.6 acre site <br />into 29 single family residential lots for a parcel <br />generally located at the southeast corner of the Sunol <br />Boulevard undercrossing of Interstate-680, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
