<br />e. The design of residences shall minimize the use of <br />combustible exterior finish materials and landscaping. <br /> <br />63. All emergency vehicle access (EVA) roads shall be designed <br />to meet the standards of a fire apparatus access road as <br />defined in the Pleasanton Municipal Code. The developer <br />shall submit details concerning the use of any proposed <br />gates within the EVA system for review and approval by the <br />Fire Marshal prior to approval of the tentative map. <br /> <br />64. The developer shall prepare a pamphlet for residents <br />regarding exit routes, use of any necessary locks, proper <br />maintenance for fire protection, and other related fire <br />protection issues. The pamphlet shall be subject to review <br />and approval by the Fire Marshal prior to printing, and the <br />document shall be distributed to all project residents as <br />well as prospective home buyers. <br /> <br />Police Protection <br /> <br />65. The project shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton <br />Security Code. The developer shall provide plans for the <br />development as required and specified by the Crime <br />Prevention Bureau of the Pleasanton Police Department. <br /> <br />66. All access restricting gates installed for this development <br />shall be equipped with a remote control mechanism to permit <br />emergency activation from the communications console at the <br />Police Department. This shall consist of direct connection <br />hardware, radio control, or other mechanism approved by the <br />Police Department. All access gates shall be identified on <br />the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and the <br />type of remote control mechanism shall be identified. <br /> <br />Building <br /> <br />67. All dwelling units in the development shall be constructed <br />to meet Title 24 state energy requirements. <br /> <br />68. All buildings and/or structures must comply with all <br />then-existing codes and ordinances in effect at the time of <br />submittal of building permits before the Building Department <br />will issue said permits. <br /> <br />69. The developer shall submit a building survey and a site <br />development plan in accordance with the provisions of <br />Chapter 18.68 of the Municipal Code of the city of <br />Pleasanton, and that these plans be approved by the Director <br />of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit. That the site development plan include all required <br />information to design and construct site, grading, paving, <br />drainage and utilities.
