<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the revised <br />master p1an for the church faci1ity wi11 be compatib1e <br />with the surrounding neighborhood and will not <br />detrimentally affect the surrounding uses or properties. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OP THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWXNG: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-92-21, the application of Valley <br />Community Church for a conditional use permit to expand <br />an existing church use to incorporate a new sanctuary, <br />administrative offices, and classrooms at the Valley <br />Community Church located at 4455 Del Valle Parkway, <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
