That the proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, statement of proposed operations, and related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received June 9, 1992" and "Received June 25,1992"), on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. 2. That if operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, at the discretion on the Planning Director, this matter can be submitted to the Planning commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said use permit. 3. Approval of this case is contingent upon approval of Case Z- 92-105 and any conditions attached thereto by the Design Review Board. 4. That if additional activities beyond that proposed in the written narrative, dated "Received June 25, 1992" on file with the Planning Department are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the Planning commission if judged to be substantial. 5. The proposed outdoor activities on or near the parking lots shall be allowed during June, July, and August until 9:00 p.m. 6. At no time shall there be more than 150 Sunday school students (in grade 10 or above) nor more than 46 staff present on the church site during Sunday services. Should parking problems arise in the future, this condition of approval can be modified by the Planning Director to lower the number of students or church staff as necessary to mitigate the parking problem. If found to be necessary by the Planning Director, applicant shall pursue an agreement with the Pleasanton Unified School District to use a portion of their parking lot to the east of the church site. 7. A future parking analysis shall be conducted by the applicant at the time when the fourth building phase is submitted to the City for review.
