<br />2. All equipment, materials and products shall be stored <br />within a building. storage of used or worn tires may <br />be stored within a designated storage container, and <br />located outside of the building. All office-type <br />activities related to the service shall be performed <br />within a building. Tire service may be performed only <br />in designated service areas. <br /> <br />3 . No passenger vehicles may be stored overnight. A <br />maximum of five trucks may be stored overnight, or for <br />multiple days or nights, in designated parking areas <br />only. <br /> <br />F. Truck and heavy equipment repair, including: repair shop <br />office incidental to the use; welding; body work and engine <br />repair; and outdoor storage as necessary, but not including <br />the storage of inoperable vehicles for greater than 45 <br />days; and not including body or engine repair as part of a <br />truck or equipment salvaging operation separate from the <br />repair service. <br /> <br />L The applicant shall submit a revised site plan for <br />review and approval of the Planning Director, <br />indicating designated outdoor storage areas, service <br />areas, parking and vehicle storage areas. said site <br />plan shall include designated employee and customer <br />parking, service and storage areas sufficient to allow <br />operation of the facility and its use by the public in <br />a safe and orderly manner which does not interfere <br />with the use of the site as a waste transfer station, <br />recycling collection facility or recycling processing <br />facility. <br /> <br />2. All equipment, materials and products suitable for <br />storage within a building shall be stored in a <br />building. storage of used or replaced parts may be <br />stored within a designated storage container located <br />outside of the building, to the satisfaction of the <br />city Fire Marshall. Large equipment unsuitable for <br />storage in a building may be stored outside, but only <br />in areas so-designated and improved with a sealed, <br />dust-free surface to the satisfaction of the city <br />Engineer.
