<br />4. A maximum number of ten trucks or heavy equipment <br />veh~cles may be stored overnight, or for multiple days <br />or nights up to 45 days, and shall be stored indoors <br />or in designated parking areas only. <br /> <br />G. street-sweeping operations, including: administrative <br />office incidental to the use; outdoor storage of sweeper <br />trucks on-site; dumping of street-cleaning water into on- <br />site tanks and any other operations directly related to a <br />street-sweeping service. <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall submit a revised site plan for <br />review and approval of the Planning Director, <br />indicating the exact area of the site where street- <br />sweeping trucks and equipment shall be stored. Said <br />site plan shall include designated employee parking, <br />storage and access areas sufficient to allow operation <br />of the street-sweeping service in a safe and orderly <br />manner. <br /> <br />2. storage of trucks and equipment shall be on sealed, <br />dust-free surfaces only, to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer, shall not interfere with or impede on- <br />site traffic circulation and shall not be located in <br />a designated travel lane or parking area designated <br />for other uses. <br /> <br />3. A maximum number of 20 vehicles for this use shall be <br />stored on-site at anyone time, area permitting. <br /> <br />H. <br /> <br />Septic/holding tank <br />administrative office <br />storage of trucks and <br />use. <br /> <br />pumping service, including: <br />incidental to the use; outdoor <br />other uses related directly to the <br /> <br />1.
