<br />1. The area devoted to wood-chipping operations shall not <br />exceed one acre without further review by the P1anning <br />Director. If deemed necessary, the Planning Director <br />may refer the requested expansion to the Planning <br />Commission for review. <br /> <br />2. Wood products to be processed, and wood products <br />already processed, shall be stored within a <br />designated, fenced area and shall be located away from <br />other operations, particularly the buy-back center. <br />The applicant shall submit a revised site plan for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director, <br />indicating the area designated for wood-chipping, and <br />indicating storage areas of wood material and the <br />location of the wood chipper machinery. In addition, <br />the applicant shall submit a statement indicating the <br />type and size of machinery used in the chipping <br />process. <br /> <br />3. Processed/chipped wood products shall be hauled off- <br />site at least once weekly. <br /> <br />4. Wood storage areas shall be maintained so that they do <br />not create a fire hazard, odor, vector control, <br />health, safety or nuisance problem. storage of wood <br />products outside of the designated area shall not be <br />permitted. <br /> <br />5. Wood chipping operations shall take place only during <br />the hours of operation of the recycling processing <br />facility. <br /> <br />E. Tire sales and service, including: sales and service <br />office incidental to the use; installation of tires, tire <br />balancing and wheel alignment in conjunction with sale of <br />tires, but not including overnight or multiple-night <br />storage of passenger vehicles. <br /> <br />L The applicant shall submit a revised site plan for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director <br />indicating the proposed location of the building <br />housing the tire sales and service operation. said <br />site plan shall include designated employee and <br />customer parking, service and storage areas sufficient <br />to allow operation of the facility and its use by the <br />public in a safe and orderly manner which does not <br />interfere with the use of the site as a waste transfer <br />station, recycling collection facility or recycling <br />processing facility. <br />
