<br />C. As the owner of a benefitting property, the applicant shall <br />pay for a pro-rata share of the improvement of Busch Road. <br />The pro-rata share of each benefitting property shall be <br />determined by the acreage of each property. The applicant <br />may enter into a deferred improvement agreement which shall <br />run with the property and shall be recorded against the <br />property. <br /> <br />8. storm Water Run-Off/Dust Control <br /> <br />A. The applicant shall comply with the city's requirements for <br />collection and channelization of on-site storm water run- <br />off. This includes, but is not limited to: treatment of <br />all surfaces to prevent percolation of storm water run-off, <br />the installation of on-site drainage facilities, such as <br />roof leaders and catch basins which include oil separators, <br />etc. <br /> <br />The applicant shall apply for and receive a site <br />improvement plan permit prior to installing any new paving, <br />other impervious surfaces, and/or storm drainage system. <br />Prior to approval of anyon-site improvement plan and if <br />any additional portions of the site are to be paved, the <br />applicant shall submit a soils report to the Building <br />Inspection Department indicating that the site has been <br />tested for soil contamination and that all remedial <br />measures have been performed to address any such soil <br />contamination. <br /> <br />B. As the owner of a benefitting property, the applicant shall <br />pay for a pro-rata share of the storm drain system <br />improvement along Busch Road, future Kamp Drive and Martin <br />Avenue to the Arroyo Del Valle. The pro-rata share of each <br />benefitting property shall be determined by the acreage of <br />each property, multiplied by the run-off factor of the use. <br />The applicant may enter into a deferred improvement <br />agreement which shall run with the property and shall be <br />recorded against the property. Said agreement shall allow <br />the applicant the right to protest the allocation of its <br />pro-rata share. <br /> <br />C. The applicant shall provide for dust control from the site <br />to the satisfaction of the city Engineer. Such measures <br />may include, but not be limited to: paving all surfaces, <br />a regular watering program for unpaved surfaces, or <br />enclosing areas which generate airborne particulates, in <br />accordance with all UBC and UFC requirements. <br /> <br />D. The applicant shall provide for dust control for the wood- <br />chipping operation to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer. Said measures may include, but not be limited <br />to: watering of the wood-chipping area, stored wood or <br />stored wood chips; paving the surface on which the wood- <br />chipping operation occurs; or enclosing the wood-Chipping <br />operation in accordance with all UBC and UFC requirements. <br />
