e. Landscape and building up lighting, wash lighting, and similar lighting, <br /> excluding low-level lighting for pathways, is prohibited. Future building <br /> developers shall work with the Mariposa Ranch Design Review Board and <br /> the Planning Department to implement the applicable US Green Building <br /> standards on exterior building and site lighting, with the objective of <br /> reducing light glare. <br /> <br /> f. The public trail cimling the golf course may include bikes pending City <br /> approval. <br /> <br /> g. Westbridge Lane is designated as a temporary access road to the golf <br /> course lots. <br /> <br /> h. Future building applicants and homeowners are encouraged to use best <br /> management practices for the use of pesticides and herbicides, similar to <br /> the integrated pest management program used on the golf course. <br /> <br /> i. Future building applicants shall be encouraged to pursue with the Mariposa <br /> Ranch Design the storage and use of recycled gray water, rain water, etc., <br /> for landscape irrigation. <br /> <br /> j. Future building applicants are encouraged to use permeable paving for <br /> on-site driveways, sidewalks, patios, etc. <br /> <br /> The design guidelines covered by this approval shall incorporate these changes <br /> with text and diagrams, as determined to be necessary, to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Director before the draft ordinance covering this approval becomes <br /> effective. <br /> <br />6. Noticing for the future design applications shall include the entire Happy Valley <br /> Specific Plan area. <br /> <br />7. Review and approval of the Mariposa Ranch homes shall conform to the design <br /> review procedures set forth by Section 18.20, Design Review, of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code with the following exceptions: <br /> <br /> a. Notice of the proposed house design applications will be sent to the <br /> Planning Commission with the noticing sent to surrounding neighbors. <br /> <br /> b. With the notification of the Zoning Administrator's action sent to the <br /> Planning Commission, staff will provide to the Planning Commission <br /> copies of the Zoning Administrator's approval letter, conditions of <br /> <br /> <br />
