approval, computer generated photo montages of the streetscape that the <br /> house is located on including visuals of the approved houses, and reduced <br /> copies of the plan set of the proposed house including colored building <br /> perspectives and building elevations, photos of the study model, and the <br /> floor plans, landscape plans, grading plans, and any other design details <br /> considered by the Zoning Administrator to be pertinent to the proposed <br /> design. <br /> <br /> c. The appeal period of the Zoning Administrator's action shall be 20 calendar <br /> days from the date of approval. If the 20th day falls upon a weekend or <br /> holiday where the Pleasanton City Hall is closed, the appeal period shall <br /> extend to the Monday following the weekend or the first business day <br /> following the holiday. <br /> <br />8.
