<br />Resolution No. PC-93-19 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Resolution NO. PC-93-l9 <br />conditions of Approval <br />Cas. UP-93-11 <br /> <br />1. The proposed use shall conform substantially to the project <br />description, written narrative and floor plan, Exhibit "A", <br />dated "Received March 25, 1993" on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by the following conditions. <br /> <br />2. If any changes in the karate studio or additional activities <br />beyond that proposed by the written narrative are desired, <br />prior city review and approval is required. Requests for <br />modification of the use permit shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director. said changes may require a modification of <br />the use permit or, upon determination of the planning <br />Director, a new use permit may be required. <br /> <br />3. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to <br />parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion <br />of the planning Director, this conditional use permit may be <br />referred to the planning commission for subsequent review at <br />a public hearing. If necessary, the commission may modify or <br />add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may <br />revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />4. The karate studio shall be conducted as described in the <br />application letter dated March 25, 1993, with the following <br />stipulations: <br /> <br />a. The hours of operation shall be limited to Monday - <br />Friday 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 <br />PM; <br />b. Weekday classes shall be conducted between the hours of <br />6:00 PM and 9:15 PM; <br />c. The total number of students in any group class shall not <br />exceed fifteen (15); <br />d. The total number of students per week shall be limited to <br />150; <br />e. The total number of employees shall be limited to two; <br />and <br />f. GrOUp classes shall be conducted with a fifteen (15) <br />minute interval between classes, i.e. weekday classes <br />shall be operated such that the first class ends at 7:30 <br />PM and the second class begins at 7:45 PM. <br /> <br />5. The applicant shall maintain the area surrounding the studio <br />in a clean and orderly manner at all times. <br /> <br />. <br />
