<br />Resolution No. PC-93-l9 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />conditional use is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OP THE CITY OP PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-93-ll, the application of David Bohlke <br />for a conditional use permit to establish a karate school <br />wi thin a portion of an existing commercial building <br />located at 4341 Railroad Avenue, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
