<br />Resolution No. PC-93-14 <br />page 3 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION or THE CITY or PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWJ:NG: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-93-10, the application of Yellow Cab <br />company of Tri-valley for a conditional use permit to <br />operate a 24-hour taxicab dispatch station from the <br />existing building located at 3596 Utah street, subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
