The proposed uses shall conform sUbstantially to the site <br />plan, floor plan, staff report project description, and <br />related materials (dated "Received" February 16, 1993 and <br />March 12, 1993) on file with the Planning Department, except <br />as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. Dismantled, wrecked or vehicles which are leaking fluids shall <br />not be stored within the subject building or on the parking <br />lot. <br /> <br />3. The minor repairs and servicing of the taxicabs shall be <br />conducted entirely wi thin the applicant I s warehouse at all <br />times. Minor repairs and servicing of the taxicabs shall be <br />limited to oil changing, vehicle cleaning, brake repair work, <br />tire replacement and repairs, head lamp adjustment and <br />replacement, alternator, water pump and smog pump repairs, and <br />similar types of activities. Repairs and servicing shall be <br />limited to the hours of 8:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through <br />sunday, except for minor emergency repairs. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall stagger the arrival/departure times of <br />taxicab drivers during shift changes in order to ensure that <br />no more than six taxicab drivers are on the site at any given <br />time. <br /> <br />5. Taxicabs and employee vehicles shall only be parked within the <br />applicant's warehouse or in the applicant's eleven assigned <br />parking spaces as shown on the attached site plan. Taxicabs <br />shall not be parked on the public street. <br /> <br />6. If the applicant terminates his Valley Business Park site, he <br />shall notify the Planning Department prior to transferring any <br />operations, taxicabs, and/or storage to the subject site. <br /> <br />7. If additional activities beyond that approved by the planning <br />Commission are desired by the applicant, prior city review and <br />approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the <br />Planning commission if judged to be substantial. <br />
