<br />Resolution No. PC-93-l3 <br />Page 18 <br /> <br />6) The typical section for the 25' wide private street <br />shall include a 5' wide sidewalk on one side of the <br />street. <br /> <br />7) Curb returns on all private streets and motor courts <br />shall have vertical curbs. <br /> <br />8) The applicant shall construct a 6' meandering sidewalk <br />along all city streets. <br /> <br />9) All down-hill cul-de-sacs and motor courts shall have <br />drainage releases unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />10) "M" street at Stoneridge Drive and "0" street at <br />Gibraltar Drive shall be modified to allow two 12' <br />wide outbound lanes and one 18' wide inbound lane. <br />The entrance curb return at "0" street shall have a <br />minimum 40' radius. <br /> <br />11) On-site sanitary sewer systems may only connect to the <br />existing public laterals stubbed to Hacienda Business <br />Park Lots 8A, 8B, and 26. If required by the City <br />Engineer, on-site systems shall be redesigned to <br />connect to existing laterals; no new sewer lateral <br />connections to public streets are allowed, unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />12) The storm drainage from each lot shall be directed to <br />an approved storm drain system in accordance with <br />Sections 2907 (b) (5) and 7012 (d) of the 1988 Uniform <br />Building Code, unless otherwise approved by the <br />Building Official and City Engineer. <br /> <br />13) All retaining walls higher than 4' (measured from the <br />top of the wall to the bottom of the footing) shall be <br />constructed of reinforced concrete or shall be an <br />approved crib wall type. Calculations signed by a <br />registered civil engineer shall accompany the wall <br />plans. <br /> <br />14) <br /> <br />The publicly maintained sanitary <br />project area shall be interconnected, <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />sewers of each <br />unless otherwise <br /> <br />28.
