Resolution No. PC-93-13
Page 14

2) The median islands in the intersection of "A" street
with "0" street shall be modified to allow for a
smooth transition for northbound drivers from "0"
street to "A" street.

3) The building housing units 1-6 shall be moved farther
east from "A" street. This change can be achieved by
removing the parking spaces between building/units 1-6
and building/units 7-12.

4) "A" street, "D" street, and the portions of "B"
street, "B" court, and "C" court facing the recreation
area shall have vertical curbs. All other motor
courts and streets not previously identified may have
rolled curbs. The rolled curb street width shall be
measured from flow-line to flow-line; the vertical
curb street width from face-of-curb to face-of-curb.

5) The intersection between "A" street and Hacienda Drive
shall be modified to restrict "A" street to right-turn
in/out movements only, unless otherwise approved by
the City Engineer. The final decision shall be made
by the City Engineer with the tentative map.

g. Area "B"

1) A 7' long driveway apron is allowed provided that no
two 7' long aprons are located next to each other.
This detail, along with any necessary changes to the
building architecture shall be shown on the building
construction plans to the satisfaction of the Planning
Director prior to issuance of building permits.

2) Building foundations for the structures adjacent to
the 24" and 27" sanitary sewers located in the LAVWMA
and city easements shall be designed so that the
structure's weight does not bear on these lines. In
no case shall the building be set back from the pipes
less than half the depth of the sanitary sewer pipes.
These details shall be shown on the building
construction plans.

3) "0" street, "R" street, "M" street, and the portions
of "s" street and "T" street facing the recreation
area shall have vertical curbs. All other motor
courts and streets not previously identified may have
rolled curbs. The rolled curb street width shall be
measured from flow-line to flow-line; the vertical
curb from face-of-curb to face-of-curb. This detail
shall be shown on the tentative map.
