<br />Resolution No. PC-93-06 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case Tract 6593, the application of CCG Joint <br />Venture for a vesting tentative map to allow the <br />subdivision of an approximately 76.5 acre site into 295 <br />residential lots (single-family detached and townhouse) <br />and 18 common parcels, including a 5-acre elementary <br />school site, a 5-acre public park site, and a 16.9-acre <br />remainder lot located generally at the northernmost end <br />of Martin Avenue south of the Arroyo Mocho and easterly <br />of the easternmost terminus of Stoneridge Drive, subject <br />to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B," attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
