The applicant may enter into an agreement with the city <br />for a pro-rata reimbursement from other property owners <br />benefiting from the oversizing of the storm drain line to <br />the Arroyo Mocho. <br /> <br />e. The storm drainage from each lot shall be directed to an <br />approved storm drain system in accordance with Sections <br />2907 (b) (5) and 7012 (d) of the 1988 Uniform Building <br />Code, unless otherwise approved by the Building Official <br />and city Engineer. <br /> <br />f. The development shall comply with the city's storm Water <br />Management and Discharge Control Ordinance in effect at <br />the time of the final map recordation. <br /> <br />g. The 12" VCP sanitary sewer on stoneridge Drive shall be <br />designed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer so that <br />it does not cross the median island at a flat angle. <br /> <br />h. The 8" VCP sanitary sewer main and 24" RCP storm main <br />that cross Parcel "c" shall be relocated in Stork Court <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />i. All public maintained sanitary sewer lines shall be <br />interconnected unless otherwise approved by the city <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />j. Water lines shown on Eagle Parkway and Garden Parkway <br />shall be a 12" minimum size. <br /> <br />k. Sanitary sewer and storm drain laterals between lots 369 <br />and 368 shall be rerouted within Lavender Circle, Stone <br />pointe Way, and Garden Parkway to stoneridge Drive. <br /> <br />1. All utilities (water, sanitary, and storm drain) within <br />the private courts of village Three shall be private. <br />There shall be individual water services to each one of <br />the units, the meters located at the back of curb of the <br />private street. The sanitary sewer shall be changed to <br />an 8" line and shall be privately maintained by the <br />homeowners within that court. This requirement shall not <br />apply to courts serving five or more units. <br /> <br />m. Lots 86 and 87 shall have their own private drainage <br />system. This system shall be designed to the <br />satisfaction of the city Engineer to collect surface <br />drainage and roof run-off water into an on-site system <br />that is then connected directly to the city storm drain <br />system. The drainage for each lot shall be reviewed with <br />the design review application of each custom lot prior to <br />issuance of building permits. <br />
