<br />Resolution <br />Page 15 <br /> <br />No. PC-93-06 <br /> <br />n. <br /> <br />The storm drain line and PSE located on the school <br />property shall be relocated to the private streets. <br /> <br />37. Grey water shall be used for dust control or grading <br />activities, unless an alternate source of water is approved by <br />the City Engineer. Grey water may be obtained from DSRSD, <br />Waste Water Treatment Plant at 7399 Johnson Drive, Pleasanton. <br /> <br />38. The applicant shall obtain an encroachment permit from Zone 7, <br />Fish and Game, and the Army Corps of Engineers for all work <br />within the Arroyo Mocho, as required by law. <br /> <br />39. This project shall be subject to the standard Conditions for <br />Tentative Maps, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />40. An hazardous materials analysis of the park site shall be <br />provided to the Planning Director and the Director of Parks <br />and Recreation prior to city council approval of the final <br />map. The report shall address the presence of hazardous <br />materials, e.g., gasoline, pesticides, etc., in the park <br />property and the means by which these materials shall be <br />removed. If hazardous materials are present, the developer <br />shall implement the mitigation measures identified in the <br />report, prior to dedicating the park property to the city. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
