<br />Resolution No. PC-93-05 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWJ:NG: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case Tract 6601, the application of Pleasanton <br />Rotary North and the City of Pleasanton, for a vesting <br />tentative map to allow the subdivision of an <br />approximately 0.53 acre site (Rotary Commons) into seven <br />townhouse lots ranging in size from approximately 2,800 <br />to 3,900 square feet located at the southeast corner of <br />Palomino Drive and Concord street, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit liB," attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
