<br />4-3: Sunol Boulevard at proiect street <br /> <br />An eastbound to southbound right-turn deceleration lane shall <br />be provided on Sunol Boulevard pursuant to the ultimate <br />alignment plans. Specific details shall be provided in <br />conjunction with any tentative map application. <br /> <br />4-4: Sunol Boulevard and Arlinaton Drive <br /> <br />The applicant shall install a traffic signal at the Sunol <br />Boulevard/Arlington Drive street intersection. This signal <br />shall include the necessary median improvements based on the <br />104 foot Sunol Boulevard right-of-way. The applicant is <br />eligible to enter into a reimbursement agreement with the City <br />for those improvements in excess of their pro-rata share. <br />Specific details shall be provided in conjunction with any <br />tentative map application. <br /> <br />4-5: Sunol Boulevard Alona proiect Frontaae <br /> <br />To accommodate all required roadway mitigation on Sunol <br />Boulevard, the developer shall dedicate land and construct <br />Sunol Boulevard pursuant to the 104 foot Sunol Boulevard <br />right-of-way from Arlington Drive to the 1-680 undercrossing <br />on the south side of Sunol Boulevard, including a deceleration <br />lane at the project entrance. The developer shall receive a <br />credit against Growth Management fees for new paving in excess <br />of 20 feet in width. The developer shall install the center <br />raised landscape median in its ultimate location, including <br />landscaping, where feasible. Specific details shall be <br />provided in conjunction with any tentative map application. <br /> <br />4-6: HaDDv Vallev Road <br /> <br />Happy Valley Road from Carriage Drive to the west side of 1- <br />680 shall be widened to a minimum of 34 feet to accommodate <br />two 12-foot travel lanes and two 5-foot bike lanes. The north <br />side bicycle lane shall be separate from the roadway to allow <br />the retention to the greatest extant possible the existing <br />trees. A P.S.E. shall be placed over the bicycle lane on the <br />4 Happy Valley lots. The exact width of the landscape area <br />encompassing the trees shall be determined in conjunction with <br />an approved arborist. Specific details shall be provided with <br />the tentative map application. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 19 <br />
