<br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the revised <br />deve10pment p1an, as conditioned, is consistent with <br />existing development in the area and is appropriate for <br />the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of the application of Marsh/Smith <br />Associates for approval of a development plan for a 29- <br />unit single-family lot project on an 18.6 acre site <br />generally located at the southeast corner of the Sunol <br />Boulevard undercrossing of Interstate 680, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
