A geotechnical
engineering report shall be issued for each lot or group of
lots with similar subsurface conditions along with
recommendation for selective lot grading and foundation design
and construction. The geotechnical engineer shall provide
foundation design, soil preparation and selective grading
recommendations which are appropriate for the on-site soil and
geologic conditions observed after mass grading has been
completed.
