Said mitigation measure was considered and <br />adopted with any pertinent changes in Condition 8-6, Exhibit <br />"B" of the Planning Commission staff report dated May 27, <br />1992. <br /> <br />Findinq: Mitigation Measures 8-1 through 8-6 Feasible and Required <br /> <br />The City finds that it is feasible to mitigate this impact to a <br />less-than-significant level by requiring the applicant and <br />successors in interest to incorporate the specific provisions of <br />Mitigations 8-1 through 8-6 into tl'!e project design. The applicant <br />and successors in interest shall incorporate such geotechnical <br />impact reduction provisions into project design as a "Condition of <br />Approval" to the project. <br /> <br />stream, Gully and Sheet Erosion <br /> <br />Impact: Potential for stream, gully and sheet erosion <br /> <br />The city finds that the project could experience stream, gully and <br />sheet erosion which can cause landslides and sedimentation build-Up <br />in creeks and other drainageways.
