Sanitary Sewer 25. The developer shall install all sanitary sewer lines within the project boundaries, and shall extend the city's sewer line to serve the project. All sanitary sewer lines shall be installed within the street right-of-way or dedicated pUblic service easement (PSE). The City's Public Works Department will determine if the existing sanitary sewer line must be upgraded by the developer to accommodate the increased wastewater generated by the proposed project. (MM 7f) 26. The developer shall install sewer lift stations along Foothill Road, in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the City's Public Works Department. (MM 7g) 27. Individual pump grinder stations shall be provided for Lots 60, 61 and 63, in accordance with the specifications requirements of the City Engineer. The pumps shall be owned maintained by individual lot owners. (MM 7h) 59, and and 28. Prior to approval of the tentative map, the sanitary sewer system shall be redesigned , such that the approved nine-lot subdivision on the east side of Foothill Road can be served by a gravity sewer line. This redesign shall be shown on the tentative map utilities plan. utilities and streets 29. The sanitary sewer and water mains shall be designed such that the lines are ont he same side of the street throughout the entire loop street. 30. The storm drain inlets from the open space areas shall be relocated closer to the street, or maintained privately. These inlets shall incorporate a permanent desilting basin. 31. Unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, all public storm drain lines shall be within the street right-of-way. All other lines shall be private and maintained by individual homeowners. 32. storm water runoff from each lot shall be directed to the street or an approved storm drain system unless otherwise approved by the Building Official and City Engineer. 33. The project engineer shall verify that the capacity of the storm drain swale along the northerly property line and the existing culverts under Foothill Road are adequate to handle the storm water run-off. To the satisfaction of the City Engineer, the developer shall mitigate any storm water/storm drainage problems which may result from the project. 34. All proposed v-ditches shall be constructed of concrete.
