<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed PUD <br />rezoning is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-91-14, the application <br />Chris Beratlis for planned unit development (PUD) <br />rezoning and development plan approval for a 15-10t, <br />single-family residential development on an approximately <br />8.9 acre site located at 10 Beratlis Place (north of <br />Crellin Road) subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit <br />"A, II attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
