Approves Case UP-93-80/Z-93-216, the application of <br />utility Vault Company for a conditional use permit and <br />design review approval to continue operation of a <br />contractor's storage yard located at the northwest corner <br />of the intersection of Boulder Street and Valley Avenue, <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
