9. REPORTS OF BOARDS~ COMMISSIONS~ AND COMMITTEES <br /> A. Assisted Living Facility Subcommittee <br /> <br />No report. <br /> <br /> B. Tri-Valley Health Collaborative I & R Subcommittee <br /> <br />Commissioner Ponton discussed a collaboration between the Tri-Valley Health Collaborative (TVHC) and <br />Las Positas College to develop a Tri-Valley human services website, and advised that the TVHC <br />Information and Refera! Subcommittee is compiling a master data base. <br /> <br /> C. Housing Scholarship Program Committee <br /> <br />Commissioner Olson advised that five (5) Pleasanton residents are enrolled in the program. The Committee <br />is actively looking for recruits for the 18-month program. A new Livermore recruit has been added, while <br />one (1) Pleasanton resident has successfully transitioned out of the program. <br /> <br />Commissioner Testa discussed with Chairperson Olson the mechanics of transitioning out of the program. <br /> <br />D. Pleasanton Paratransit Advisory Committee <br />No report. <br />E. Youth in Transition Art Proiect <br />No report. <br />F. Youth Master Plan Implementation Group <br /> <br />Commissioner Lambert advised that the group is: 1) looking to restructure; 2) Cindy McGovern has <br />resigned as the Chairperson; 3) a meeting with the project architect to discuss the proposed Youth Center is <br />planned for March 9; 4) the BMX Park is a work in progress; 5) the video game on violence is being edited; <br />6) the Community of Character award is being redefined; 7) work is being completed on the P-town 411 <br />website; 8) 348 students attended a recent dance at Hart Middle School; 9) a Music Festival is scheduled for <br />March 4; 10) a Teen Job Faire is planned for April 9; and 11) a Fishing Derby will take place on May 14. <br /> <br />10. MATTERS INITIATED BY MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION AND STAFF <br /> <br /> A. The Commission was provided with information about a "Stepping Beyond Stigma" <br /> program, being presented by Alameda County Mental Health Board's Public Awareness Committee <br /> Speaker's Bureau on Monday, March 14, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />11.
