The Commission again asked for confirmation about the number of people to be served by the Easter Seals <br />program. Commissioners also discussed what appears to be excessive project management costs for the <br />proposed CAPE project. <br /> <br />Commissioners also discussed the possibility of reallocating funding between Public Service and Capital <br />Projects. Mr. Erickson advised that funding guidelines restrict transferring funds in the two (2) accounts. <br />He also indicated that the Commission has traditionally restricted projects to a $5,000 minimum funding <br />amount. <br /> <br />Commissioner Testa questioned whether any of the agencies had applied for FY 2005/06 City Grant <br />funding. Commissioner Lewis also questioned if agencies would pursue lower bids to maximize service <br />potential in the event they received the requested funding. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Ponton to approve the funding recommendations made by staff, <br />providing $13,238 to Spectrum Community Services, $21,838 to Axis Community Health, $10,000 to <br />CAPE, Inc., and $19,345 to Tri Valley Haven. Identify Highest Priority Pro,iects for the Review of FY 2005-06 through FY 2008-09 <br /> City Capital Improvement Program <br /> <br />Mr. Bocian reviewed with the Commission the City's adopted Four Year Capital Improvement Program <br />(CIP), which represents a comprehensive plan to meet capital needs over a four-year period. He noted in <br />June 2003, that the City Council adopted the CIP for fiscal years 2003-04 through 2006-07.
