<br />.' <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-95-75 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-95-52, the application of Judy Morris <br />for a non-exempt home occupation permit to conduct <br />individual meditation and stress relief classes at the <br />residence located at 1174 Blanc Court, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
