Resolution No. PC-95-75 Page 4 EXHIBIT "B" Conditions of Approval Case UP-95-52 1. The proposed use shall conform substantially to the project description/written narrative, and floor plan, Exhibit "A," dated "Received August 21, 1995" and "Received September 25, 1995" accordingly, on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. 2. The hours of operation shall be Tuesday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m. a. The number of students per session shall not exceed one. b. No signs are allowed in conjunction with the home occupation. c. Classes shall take place in the office area of the residence only. d. No one other than residents of the dwelling shall be employed in the conduct of a home occupation. 3. The applicant shall incorporate a fifteen minute interval between classes to eliminate parking overlap. 4. The applicant shall park her vehicle in the garage during business hours in order to provide at least one parking space in the driveway for customer parking. 5. All persons participating in the meditation classes shall use the applicant's driveway as the primary means of parking. 6. If any changes in the home occupation or additional activities beyond that proposed by the written narrative are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Requests for modification of the home occupation use permit shall be submitted to the Planning Director. Requested changes may require a modification of the use permit or, upon determination of the Planning Director, a new use permit may be required. Minor changes may be approved by the Planning Director. 7. The meditation classes shall be conducted in accordance with the required conditions of home occupations as stipulated in Municipal Code Section 18.104.030. 8. A business license shall be obtained from the City of pleasanton prior to the operation of the meditation classes.
