C. Duties o£ the Committee <br /> <br /> · Coordinate only VOP activities and events held at the Facility. <br /> · Provide the City Liaison with requests for space in the Facility for the purpose of <br /> conducting activities related to the Veterans associations. <br /> · Review Facility maintenance and improvements with the City Liaison. <br /> Review Facility scheduling, procedures and processes with the City Liaison. <br /> · Make requests for City services not otherwise set forth in this Agreement. <br /> · Any recommendation made to the City requires the approval ora majority of the <br /> Committee. <br /> <br /> D. Meetings <br /> <br /> The Committee may meet as deemed appropriate by a majority of the Committee. <br /> The City Liaison will meet with the Committee at least quarterly. The City shall <br /> prepare minutes of those quarterly meetings. <br /> <br />3. Designation of VOP Meeting and Social Rooms <br /> <br /> The City shall reserve for exclusive use and benefit of the VOP those portions of the <br /> Facility shown and described as "Social Room" and "Meeting Room" on Exhibit A, <br /> which is attached and incorporated into this Agreement. These rooms are <br /> collectively referred to as the "Veterans' Rooms". VOP's use of the Veterans' <br /> Rooms shall avoid waste or damage. VOP shall determine which Veterans' <br /> association is responsible for repairing any damage to the Facility caused by <br /> Veterans' use beyond normal wear and tear. City shall have the right to enter and <br /> inspect Veterans' Rooms. <br /> <br />4. Ownership of Personal Property. <br /> <br /> "Personal property" shall be defined as furnishings, appliances, memorabilia, display <br /> cases and office supplies, including office equipment such as computers and <br /> telephones. <br /> <br /> All personal property of the Veterans' associations of the VOP in the Veterans' <br /> Rooms, and as may be placed in assigned storage areas and other locations approved <br /> by the City, shall be owned by those associations. The City shall have no obligation <br /> to provide furnishings or personal property located in the Veterans' Rooms. <br /> <br /> The City shall own and have the use of all other personal property located in the <br /> Facility during the term of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> Joint Agreement <br /> Veterans Memorial Building at 3 01 Main Street <br /> Page 3 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
