C. Any activity in the building is subject to all the requirements and regulations o£ <br /> the City, and must comply with all State and Federal laws. Attached is a copy of <br /> the Department of Parks and Community Services Facility Rental Information. <br /> <br /> D. If for any reason the VOP no longer needs a reserved date for use of the Main <br /> Hall/Stage/Kitchen, it shall notify the City Liaison as soon as possible. <br /> <br />6. Maintenance of the Facility. <br /> <br /> The City shall provide all ongoing maintenance, including custodial support for the <br /> Facility. This custodial and maintenance support shall be at a level and on a schedule <br /> deemed appropriate by the City. The VOP shall be responsible for maintaining all <br /> personal property of the Veterans' associations. <br /> <br />7. Facility Set Up. <br /> <br /> The City shall be responsible for setting up and removing all furnishings, staging, <br /> tables, chairs, and kitchen utensils for any City-sponsored activity at the Facility. <br /> The VOP shall be responsible for setting up and removing any furnishings, staging, <br /> tables, chairs and kitchen utensils for any VOP -sponsored activity at the Facility, <br /> except that the Committee may request City assistance for special public events <br /> through the City Liaison. City assistance will be discretionary and dependent upon <br /> availability of City personnel to provide these services. <br /> <br />8. Utilities. <br /> <br /> The City shall provide all utilities to the Facility, including electricity, gas, sewer, <br /> water, and cable. The City shall assume the cost for all utilities except cable, <br /> telephone, computer and Internet services in the Veterans' Rooms, unless services <br /> are provided at no cost to the City. Telephone, computer, and Internet use of <br /> equipment in the Facility, but not included in the Veterans' Rooms, shall be limited <br /> to City use. <br /> <br />9. Access to the Facility. <br /> <br /> The City shall provide the VOP a limited number of keys/access cards for the <br /> purpose of gaining entry into the building.
