The applicant shall submit a building survey and/or a record <br />of survey and a site development plan in accordance with the <br />provisions of Chapter 18.68 of the Municipal Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton. These plans shall be approved by the Director <br />of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit. The site development plan shall include all required <br />information to design and construct site, grading, paving, <br />drainage and utilities. Specific items to be indicated on the <br />site development plan necessary to construct the improvements <br />are to be in accordance with the City of Pleasanton Private <br />Development Design Guidelines adopted April 15, 1986. <br /> <br />10. Building and situs plans shall be submitted to the Building <br />Department on computer disk in a format approved by the <br />Director of Building Inspection. Digitized information shall <br />be submitted before requesting a final inspection and shall <br />reflect as-built situs and architectural information as <br />approved by the Director of Building Inspection. <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />11. The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so <br />as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or <br />driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />12. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton <br />Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />13. The applicant shall comply with the City's non-point storm <br />drain run-off ordinance. <br /> <br />14. The applicant shall submit a construction Best Management <br />Practices (BMP's) program for review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of building and/or grading <br />permits. These BMP's shall be implemented by the general <br />contractor and all subcontractors and suppliers of materials <br />and equipment. Construction site cleanup and control of con- <br />struction debris shall also be addressed. Failure to comply <br />with the approved construction BMP may result in the issuance <br />of correction notices, citations, or a stop work order. <br /> <br />The applicant is responsible for implementing the following <br />measures during all construction phases of the project: <br /> <br />a. Gather all construction debris on a regular basis and <br />place it in a dumpster or other container which is <br />emptied or removed an a weekly basis. When appropriate, <br />use tarps on the ground to collect fallen debris or <br />splatters that could contribute to storm water runoff <br />pollution. <br />
