The proposed use shall conform substantially to the project description, written narrative, and floor plan, Exhibit "A," dated "Received August 29, 1995" on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. 2. The hours of operation shall be Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. a. The total number of students per session shall not exceed five. b. No signs are allowed in conjunction with the home occupation. c. Tutoring sessions shall take place in the dining room area of the residence only. d. No one other than residents of the dwelling shall be employed in the conduct of a home occupation. 3. Requested changes may require a modification of the use permit or, upon determination of the Planning Director, a new use permit may be required. Minor changes may be approved by the Planning Director.
