The proposed use shall conform substantially to the project <br />description, written narrative, and floor plan, Exhibit "A," <br />dated "Received August 29, 1995" on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. The hours of operation shall be Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m. <br />through 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. <br /> <br />a. The total number of students per session shall not exceed <br />five. <br />b. No signs are allowed in conjunction with the home <br />occupation. <br />c. Tutoring sessions shall take place in the dining room area <br />of the residence only. <br />d. Requested changes may require a modification <br />of the use permit or, upon determination of the Planning <br />Director, a new use permit may be required. Minor changes may <br />be approved by the Planning Director. <br />
