<br />Resolution No. PC-95-62 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-95-40 <br /> <br />1. The proposed use shall conform substantially to the project <br />description, written narrative, and floor plan, Exhibit "A," <br />dated "Received August 29, 1995" on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. The hours of operation shall be Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m. <br />through 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. <br /> <br />a. The total number of students per session shall not exceed <br />five. <br />b. No signs are allowed in conjunction with the home <br />occupation. <br />c. Tutoring sessions shall take place in the dining room area <br />of the residence only. <br />d. No one other than residents of the dwelling shall be <br />employed in the conduct of a home occupation. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The applicant shall <br />between classes to <br />parking impacts. <br /> <br />incorporate a fifteen minute <br />eliminate parking overlap and <br /> <br />interval <br />mitigate <br /> <br />4. If any changes in the home occupation or additional activities <br />beyond that proposed by the written narrative are desired, prior <br />City review and approval is required. Requests for modification <br />of the home occupation use permit shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director. Requested changes may require a modification <br />of the use permit or, upon determination of the Planning <br />Director, a new use permit may be required. Minor changes may <br />be approved by the Planning Director. <br />
