If the operation of the use results in excessive traffic or <br />parking problems, the Planning Director is authorized to reduce <br />the class size to as few as two students as necessary to ensure <br />that the business does not create excessive traff ic in the <br />neighborhood. If necessary, the Planning Director may refer the <br />matter to the Planning Commission for review. <br /> <br />9. This home occupation use permit shall be reviewed by the <br />Planning Director in six months from the date of approval to <br />ensure that all conditions are being followed and that no <br />neighborhood concerns have been expressed.
