As with any use <br />permit, the home occupation permit can be suspended <br />or revoked if the conditions are not met. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA)i and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed home <br />occupation use, as conditioned, would not have any <br />adverse impact on the character of the neighborhood, nor <br />would it create an excessive amount of noise or traffic. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-95-40, the application of Pamela Welle <br />for a non-exempt home occupation permit to conduct group, <br />semi-private, and private tutoring sessions at the <br />residence located at 1021 Crellin Road, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit liB" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
