<br />Resolution No. PC-95-58 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />12. The number of driveway exit lanes onto Santa Rita Road shall <br />be limited to a single exit lane for each driveway. This <br />detail shall be submitted to the Planning Director and the <br />City Engineer for review and approval before issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />13. The existing driveway on Valley Avenue located by the site's <br />westernmost property line shall be widened to improve the <br />right -turn movement from Valley Avenue. The two parking <br />spaces located closest to the street shall be eliminated. <br />This detail shall be submitted to the Planning Director and <br />the City Engineer for review and approval before issuance of <br />a building permit. <br /> <br />14. The driveway aisle/parking area located behind the <br />Walgreen's/Wells Fargo building shall be modified as shown in <br />Exhibit "D". Stop signs shall be installed where the <br />east/west driveway aisles by Safeway and the Shops "B" <br />buildings intersect the north/south driveway aisle to Valley <br />Avenue. This detail shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Director and the City Engineer for review and approval before <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />15. The rear wall of the Walgreen's/Wells Fargo building shall be <br />treated with trellis structures and climbing vines, e. g. , <br />trumpet vines. This detail shall be added to the landscape <br />plan and submitted to the Planning Director for review and <br />approval before issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />16. The existing entrance/emergency access doors on the rear <br />building wall of the Walgreen's/Wells Fargo building shall be <br />protected with bollards as required by the Director of <br />Building Inspection. <br /> <br />17. The eastbound leg of Valley Avenue shall be widened by two <br />feet (2') beginning at the site's west property line and <br />ending before the shared driveway entrance to the Chevron <br />service station. The proposed street construction would <br />include the following: <br /> <br />a. Narrowing the sidewalk from ten feet (10') to eight feet <br />(8' ), which would also eliminate the existing street <br />trees and curb-side tree wells. <br /> <br />b. Moving the existing bus enclosure farther back onto the <br />site to maintain the required clearance between it and <br />the street curb. <br /> <br />c. Installing new curb and gutter. <br />
