Prior to the approval of any final map grading and improvement <br />plans for the Vallecitos Road entry, the improvement plans <br />shall show a water line lateral to the guard kiosk, subject to <br />the review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />~ Detention Basin/Water Feature <br /> <br />13. Prior to the approval of a final map and improvement plans for <br />any final map within Phase II of this tentative map, the <br />applicant shall submit details of all storm drain lines into <br />and out of the detention basins, all outfalls, risers, etc. <br />Said structures shall be designed according to City of <br />Pleasanton standards, subject to the review and approval of <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />14. Prior to the approval of a final map and improvement plans for <br />any final map within Phase II of this tentative map, the <br />applicant shall submit detailed grading and drainage plans <br />indicating the exact position and elevation of existing swale <br />or storm water channels along Vallecitos Road, indicating the <br />method of channelling overflow from the detention basin into <br />the existing swale and culvert under Vallecitos Road. All <br />plans and structures shall be designed according to City of <br />Pleasanton standards, subject to the review and approval of <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />15. All outfall structures and culverts visible to the public <br />shall be designed in a "natural" appearing manner subject to <br />the review and approval of the Planning Director. The <br />Planning Director may require that outfalls or culverts be <br />rock-faced or otherwise treated to achieve the desired effect. <br /> <br />16. Prior to approval of any final map for POD W, the applicant <br />shall submit detailed plans for the sound attenuation wall <br />along the Highway 84 (Vallecitos road) slope bank. The sound <br />attenuation wall shall be designed in a manner similar to <br />other perimeter walls in Ruby Hill, subject to the review and <br />approval of the Planning Director. <br /> <br />!h. Streets <br /> <br />17. Prior to the approval of a final map and improvement plans for <br />Phase II, or any final map for POD W, the street design for <br />Campinia Place shall be revised to show the following, subject <br />to the review and approval of the Planning Director, Director <br />of Public Works, and the City's Fire Marshall: <br />
