<br />Resolution No. PC-95-55 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />tentative map is in general conformance with the County- <br />approved development plan, conditions of approval, and <br />mitigation measures. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case Tract 6779, the application of Ruby Hill <br />Joint Venture, Inc., for a vesting tentative map to <br />subdivide an approximately 227-acre site into 147 lots of <br />approximately 20,000 square feet each and open space in <br />accordance with the previously-approved PUD modification <br />for Phase II of Ruby Hill and for a two-lot subdivision <br />of Parcel D of Tract 6556 located on Vineyard Avenue, <br />bounded generally by Vineyard Avenue on the north, <br />Vallecitos Road on the south and southeast, and the City <br />of Livermore on the east, subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
