With approval of the first final map of this tentative map, <br />the applicant shall dedicate to the City an easement for the <br />access road to the second water reservoir, the boundaries of <br />said easement to match the alignment and width of the proposed <br />access road along its entire length, subject to review and <br />approval of the City Engineer. The access road shall be paved <br />to a minimum width of 14 feet, unless otherwise determined by <br />the City Engineer. Section D-D shall be revised to show the <br />paved width of the tank access road to be 14 feet wide except <br />between stations 12+00 and 15+00 where the pavement width may <br />remain at 12 feet. The applicant shall work with the City <br />Engineer to flatten the grades of this access road. The <br />minimum radius on the access road shall be 200 feet, unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />34. The punch list for the Ruby Hill water pump station shall be <br />completed prior to submittal of any final map or improvement <br />plans for any tract in this subdivision, unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />35. With approval of the first final map of this tentative map, <br />the applicant shall dedicate to the City that parcel on which <br />the second water reservoir is located, subject to the review <br />and approval of the City engineer and City Attorney. <br /> <br />36. Maintenance of the water reservoir access road and area around <br />the water reservoir shall be the responsibility of the <br />homeowners' association. <br /> <br />37. Prior to occupancy of any residences in PODs E, J, K, Q, U, 0, <br />R, V, and W the second water reservoir and all systems <br />required to operate it (telemetry system, pump station, water <br />mains, transmission mains, etc.) shall be constructed, <br />completed, tested, and approved by the City. These <br />residential tracts shall be provided with full fire service <br />via the operation of the water reservoir, hydrants, etc. prior <br />to any residential construction unless an alternative means of <br />fire suppression can be provided to the satisfaction of the <br />City's Fire Chief, Building Official, and City Engineer. <br />Access to the water reservoir also shall be constructed and <br />completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer prior to <br />any residential occupancy of these tracts. <br /> <br />38. The developer shall comply with all water service improvement <br />requirements to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, <br />including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> <br />a.
