The owner shall maintain both fences in good repair. <br /> Any damage by patrons shall be repaired immediately. <br /> <br />With regard to smoking: <br /> <br /> 5. The business shall comply with Chapter 9.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> (Smoking in Public and Work Places). <br /> <br />The use of the site is discretionary and must comply with the permit's conditions of ap- <br />proval as well as comply with the conditions imposed by the ABC. <br /> <br /> 9.
