Resolution No. PC-95-20
Page 1.0

51. The developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard
and erosion control prior to issuance of an Engineering or
Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will be
determined by the City Engineer.

52. The haul route for all materials to and from this development
shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance
of an encroachment permit.

53. All utilities required to serve the development on-site shall
be installed underground in a joint utility trench unless
otherwise specifically approved by the city Engineer or
Director of Building Inspection for on-site.

54. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction
on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction
of the city Engineer at full expense to the developer. This
shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction
if deemed warranted by the City Engineer.

55. The developer's contractor (s) shall obtain an encroachment
permit from the city Engineer prior to moving any construction
equipment onto the site.

56. The developer shall comply with the city's non-point storm
drain run-off ordinance. Plans submitted for issuance of
building permits shall address the following "best management
practices" to preclude pollutants from entering the storm
water system, which shall be subject to the approval of the
Building Official and city Engineer prior to the issuance of
permits:

a. All washing and/or steam cleaning must occur at an
appropriately equipped facility which drains to a
sanitary sewer or managed in such a way that there is no
discharge of soaps or other pollutants in the storm
drain. Connections to the sanitary sewer shall drain
through an oil/water separator and shall be subject to
the approval of the Dublin San Ramon Services District
(DSRSD). No other area shall drain into the car wash
area; a berm shall be installed to prevent such drainage
if found necessary by the city Engineer/Director of
Building Inspection. Details of the location and
operation of any washing facility shall be reviewed and
approved by the Planning Director.

b. Sidewalks and the parking lot shall be dry swept or
vacuumed at least once a month to prevent the
accumulation of litter and debris. Corners and hard to
reach areas shall be swept manually. If sidewalks and

.
