<br />Resolution No. PC-95-20 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />43. All driveways and drive aisles on the site are designated as <br />fire apparatus access roads by the Fire Chief and must be <br />maintained in accordance with Section 2.01 of the Uniform Fire <br />Code and be accessible at all times from the start of <br />construction until the project is completed. Curbs must be <br />painted red or "No Parking" signs provided as required by the <br />vehicle code. <br /> <br />44. All on-site activities must be operated in accordance with the <br />requirements of the Fire Department regarding storage, <br />handling, and disposal of hazardous materials. Prior to <br />occupancy, all tenants which would be utilizing hazardous <br />materials must obtain all necessary permits from the Fire <br />Department. <br /> <br />45. Prior to the issuance of building permits, specific <br />construction drawings for the spray booths and other areas of <br />the repair shop must be submitted to the Fire Department for <br />review and approval. <br /> <br />46. The developer shall provide a knox-key or knox-bOX override <br />system for the manual security gate to the satisfaction of the <br />Fire Department. <br /> <br />47. If required by the police Department, the building(s) shall be <br />equipped with an alarm system, the type to be approved by the <br />police Department and that this system shall be installed <br />prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />48. The developer shall submit a final grading and drainage plan <br />prepared by a licensed civil engineer depicting all final <br />grades and on-site drainage control measures, including <br />concrete-lined V-ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes <br />from surface water overflow. This plan shall be subject to <br />the review and approval of the city Engineer and/or the <br />Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any <br />building permits. <br /> <br />49. The developer shall submit an erosion and sedimentation <br />control plan or procedure as part of the improvement plans. <br />Grading completed prior to October 15 shall be revegetated and <br />stabilized by October 15. Grading completed between October <br />16 and April 15 shall be revegetated and restabilized as soon <br />as possible after completion of grading. <br /> <br />50. The developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as <br />part of the improvement plans. <br /> <br />. <br />
