<br />Resolution No. PC-95-17 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />3. Approval is issued to the Tri-Valley Fellowship for counseling <br />and operation of a soda/coffee/juice bar from 6:30 a.m. to <br />10:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 <br />p.m. Friday and Saturday. <br /> <br />4. At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other <br />attention getting devices be utilized on the site except as <br />allowed by section 18.96. 060K of the zoning ordinance for <br />grand openings. At no time shall spot lighting be used after <br />10:00 PM in conjunction with such grand openings and/or <br />promotional events. <br /> <br />5. All building plans must comply with all codes and ordinances, <br />including the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code), in effect before the Building <br />Department will issue permits. <br /> <br />6. within 90 days of the Planning commission's approval of the <br />conditional use permit the property owner shall have completed <br />the following measures to the site: <br /> <br />a. The property owner shall paint the curbs on the driveway <br />aisle located alongside Tassajara Creek red and post this <br />driveway as a "Fire Lane - Tow Away Zone". The property <br />owner shall execute an agreement with the City of <br />Pleasanton granting authority to the Fire Chief or <br />his/her agent to enforce the "Fire Lane - No Parking - <br />Tow Away" zones on the site. <br /> <br />b. The property owner shall label all on-site storm drain <br />inlets with the wording: "No Dumping -- Drains to Bay" <br />using City-approved methods and materials. <br /> <br />7. The property owner shall sweep or vacuum the parking lot and <br />sidewalks a minimum of once a month and shall prevent the <br />accumulation of litter and debris on the site. Corners and <br />hard to reach areas shall be swept manually. If sidewalks <br />and/or the parking are pressure washed, debris must be trapped <br />and collected to prevent entry into the storm drain system. <br />No cleaning agent may be discharged into the storm drain. If <br />any cleaning agent or degreaser is used, wash water must be <br />collected and discharged to the sanitary sewer, SUbject to <br />approval of the Dublin-San Ramon Services District (DSRSD). <br /> <br />8. If additional activities beyond that approved by the Planning <br />commission are desired by the property owner, prior city <br />review and approval is required. Such modifications shall be <br />submitted in writing to the Planning Director, who shall refer <br />the matter to the Planning commission if judged to be <br />substantial. <br />
